up our technical support staff is Brett Douglass, who
has had over 10 years of technical hands on experience
in the IT industry and has single handedly setup and
supported a large number of firms in Townsville for
the past 8 Years. Brett also has the technical experience
to provide remote support to firms outside of the Townsville
area. Heading up our sales support staff is Scott Douglass,
who has had over 5 years of product and sales experience
in the IT industry. With Scotts extensive product knowledge
